1. Overview
WZ Universal Hub ships to all states in Malaysia. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Rates
Semenanjung Malaysia (West Malaysia): RM10.00 flat rate.
Sabah and Sarawak (East Malaysia): RM15.00 flat rate.
Free shipping promotions are announced on our website and social media when available.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. There is no dispatch on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Semenanjung Malaysia: estimated 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Sabah and Sarawak: estimated 5-10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier issues.
5. Courier Partners
We partner with reputable courier services operating in Malaysia. The courier partner will be assigned based on your location. A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email after your order is dispatched.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your parcel on the courier website. If you do not receive your tracking number within the processing time, please contact us at Support@wzuniversal.com or WhatsApp: +601188889161.
7. Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
8. Damaged in Transit
You must record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. Report damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Contact us with video proof and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel is missing, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier service. Please allow up to 5 working days for investigation. A replacement will be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost.
