Version 1.0 Effective on the public launch date of wzuniversal.com Last updated: 23 July 2026

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of wzuniversal.com and purchases from WZ Aziana Universal Resources, trading as WZ Universal. Mandatory rights prevail where these terms cannot lawfully exclude or limit them.

1. Business identity and contact

WZ Aziana Universal Resources, trading as WZ Universal, operates from Lot 982, Lorong Telekom, Jalan Wakaf Stan, Kubang Kerian, 16150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. Support: support@wzuniversal.com and +60 11-8888 9161. Privacy: privacy@wzuniversal.com.

2. Eligibility, accounts and authority

Accounts and guest checkout may be available to customers aged 16 or above. A parent or legal guardian must order for anyone below 16. A customer aged 16 or 17 may be asked for parent or guardian involvement in a higher-risk order or dispute.

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, use an authorised payment method and have authority to provide recipient information. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, transferred or used unlawfully. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

3. Product information and compatibility

Product titles, images, grades, model references, compatibility details, specifications, prices and availability are provided to help selection. Screen appearance, packaging and minor cosmetic details may vary within the stated grade. Confirm the exact model number, regional variant, connector, flex layout, part type and quality grade before ordering. Contact support when uncertain.

WZ Universal remains responsible for incorrect or misleading information attributable to it. Customer responsibility for model checking does not excuse a seller error.

4. Prices and errors

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. The checkout total should identify product price, shipping, tax and other applicable charges before order submission. If an obvious pricing, catalogue, technical or calculation error occurs, WZ Universal may correct it before accepting the order and will obtain agreement to a revised total or cancel and refund any captured payment.

5. Order submission and contract formation

  • The customer may review and correct order information before submission.
  • An Order Received message acknowledges that the order was submitted; it is not final acceptance.
  • ToyyibPay payment confirmation and the customer bank record do not by themselves require fulfilment where reasonable stock, pricing, address, fraud, shipping or legal checks remain incomplete.
  • The contract forms only when payment is verified and WZ Universal sends an Order Confirmed for Fulfilment notice.
  • Before acceptance, WZ Universal may reject an order for unavailable stock, supplier failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, delivery restriction, inaccurate information, legal restriction or another reasonable operational ground. Captured payment for a rejected order will be refunded.

6. Payment

ToyyibPay is the only planned online payment gateway at launch. Fulfilment begins only after server-side payment verification. Do not send payment credentials, PINs, TACs or OTPs to WZ Universal. Chargebacks or payment disputes must be raised honestly and do not replace the return, warranty or complaint process where the order was authorised.

7. Availability and supplier-sourced products

Published stock and estimated lead times may change before acceptance. Supplier-sourced items normally require an additional two to five business days. If an accepted item later becomes unavailable, WZ Universal will offer a reasonable substitute, revised lead time or refund for the unavailable item.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy and the service shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk, failed delivery, customs, batteries, address corrections and courier claims are handled under that policy and mandatory law.

9. Returns, refunds and warranty

The Returns and Refund Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these terms. Their reporting windows, evidence requirements and remedies apply without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

10. Customer conduct

  • Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape protected data, introduce malware, impersonate another person, submit false claims, place fraudulent orders or infringe intellectual property.
  • Do not resell an account, private access link, voucher or restricted product in breach of law or stated conditions.
  • WZ Universal may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of customers and the business.

11. Intellectual property

The WZ Universal name, logo, theme, original text, graphics, layout and product media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Brand names and marks of manufacturers belong to their respective owners. Limited personal use of the website does not transfer ownership or grant a resale, scraping or republication licence.

12. Promotions and vouchers

A promotion may have dates, eligible products, minimum spend, usage limits, exclusions and shipping conditions. Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are not cash, cannot be combined, may be cancelled for misuse and do not reduce a refund beyond the actual amount paid.

13. Liability

WZ Universal is not liable for loss caused solely by customer misuse, incompatible selection, unauthorised installation, third-party services, force majeure or events outside reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss and installation labour are excluded. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for WZ Universal misdescription, negligence or breach where applicable.

14. Complaints and support targets

Complaints are normally acknowledged within one business day. The routine response target is seven business days and the complex-case target is 14 business days after sufficient information is received. A delay does not remove a mandatory right.

15. Governing law and disputes

Malaysian law governs the contractual framework. These terms do not block access to KPDN, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia, the courts or another competent authority where the customer is entitled to use them. An international customer may also retain mandatory rights that apply in the destination.

16. Changes to these terms

Material changes normally apply prospectively after at least 14 calendar days notice where practical. An order remains governed by the version accepted when that order was formed, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Severability, waiver and contact

If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. A delay in enforcement is not a permanent waiver. Questions may be sent to support@wzuniversal.com.
