3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on wzuniversal.com are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. WZ Universal Hub sells genuine phone spare parts intended for repair and replacement purposes only.
4. Ordering
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. Stock availability is not guaranteed at all times. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number after successful purchase.
5. Payment
We accept payment via Curlec payment gateway, which supports FPX Online Banking, credit cards, debit cards, and eWallet options. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Semenanjung Malaysia (West Malaysia): RM10.00. Shipping to Sabah and Sarawak (East Malaysia): RM15.00. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days after dispatch. WZ Universal Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. A tracking number will be provided to you via WhatsApp or email after your order is dispatched.
7. Warranty
All products sold by WZ Universal Hub carry a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty is void if the product has been physically damaged by the customer. The warranty is also void if no unboxing video proof is provided. 8. Intellectual Property

WZ Universal Hub shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper installation of our products. We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified technician. Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. These terms are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
