1. Accepted Payment Methods
WZ Universal Hub processes all payments securely through the Curlec payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods: FPX Online Banking (all major Malaysian banks), Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, and eWallet where available.
2. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by Curlec, a licensed payment gateway in Malaysia. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card or debit card information on our servers. Our payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant.
3. Currency
All prices on wzuniversal.com are displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept payment in foreign currencies. If you use an international card, your bank conversion rates will apply.
4. Payment Timing
Full payment is required before your order is processed or dispatched. Your order will only be confirmed after successful payment. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.
5. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. Please keep your payment confirmation for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
6. Failed Transactions

7. Invoices and Receipts
An invoice or receipt is available upon request. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details to request a receipt.
8. Price Changes
Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your payment is final. We do not offer price adjustments after a purchase has been completed.
9. Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Sales and Service Tax (SST) is applied where required under Malaysian law.
