Refund Policy

1. Overview

At WZ Universal Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales are subject to this policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Return

To be eligible for a return or refund: the item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving it, the item must be in its original unused condition, an unboxing video is REQUIRED for all claims, the original packaging must be intact. Claims without an unboxing video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Wrong item received
  • Item damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect (dead on arrival)
  • Item not as described on our website

4. Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind
  • Item damaged during installation
  • No unboxing video provided
  • Item reported after 24 hours of receipt
  • Physically modified or tampered items
  • Damage from improper installation

5. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item via WhatsApp: +601188889161 or Email: Support@wzuniversal.com.
Step 2: Provide your order number and unboxing video proof.
Step 3: We will review your claim within 2 working days.
Step 4: If approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Step 5: Ship the item back. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Step 6: We inspect the returned item upon receipt.
Step 7: Replacement or refund is processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used. Processing time is 5 to 14 working days depending on your bank. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. We do not issue cash refunds.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer a 1-for-1 exchange for confirmed defective items, subject to stock availability. If the item is confirmed defective, WZ Universal Hub will bear the shipping cost for the replacement item.

8. Warranty Claims

All products carry a 3-month warranty from date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does NOT cover physical damage or damage from improper installation. Contact us via WhatsApp for all warranty claims.
